Summary

This unit was about web 2.0 tools. Web 2.0 tools are applications to create things and store them on the internet. During this unit, I learned how to create timelines, comic strips, and presentations. During this unit, I like how I learned how to use all of these web 2.0 tools because before this, I didn't know how to use much of it. Some of these sites were really slow so it took a long time to do it which was at times frustrating, but other that it worked out well.

Reflection-Prezi

In this project, we made a presentation on school improvement. We first made a survey on what needed to be done to make the school better. Then when we got all the results from other students, we made it into a presentation. I think that this worked out very well because most of the results were one sided so that is basically what all of the students wanted. So maybe these changes will be made to benefit the school. I chose this because I want the school to improve in any way possible. In this project, I learned that there is many things that can be improved to our school. I wouldn't do anything different in this project because it turned out just how it was supposed to. In the future I could use this tool to create presentations later on in school or even when I get a job.

Reflection-Dipity

I chose this artifact because Tiger Woods is one of my role models, and I really enjoyed the timeline that we did about him. From this project I learned that I can create a timeline on basically anything as long as I have all of the information that I need. This whole project went well because we were able to find a ton of information on Tiger Woods so it was easy to create a timeline. The only thing that was difficult was finding the right information just because there was so much of it. In the future I could use this for a job interview. Maybe if I had previous jobs I could create a timeline to show my future boss of my past.

 Reflection-Sliderocket

I chose this project because my group and I had a lot of fun while we were doing it. From this project, I learned that using Make Beliefs Comics, you can create comics on whatever you would like. Creating fun things and turning them into comics is what went well during this project. The hard part was figuring out what you wanted to put into your comics, but there is not much that you can do about that. In the future, I could maybe in my free time create a comic for fun.
